LUVBOOKS BOX SUBSCRIBER FAQs

I ordered a LuvBooks subscription box. When will I be billed for the next box?

When you subscribe, you are automatically billed for the first box. You will not be billed again until just prior to receiving the subsequent box and from that point on, roughly every 90 days.

If you are already a subscriber, you will be billed quarterly on the following schedule: January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1. 

 

When will my card be charged for the LuvBooks Box?

If you are a brand new subscriber, your card will be charged immediately at checkout. If you are already subscribed, you will be charged quarterly on the following schedule: January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1 using the card on file. If you wish to cancel, please be sure to cancel before these dates to avoid charges on your card.

 

When will my box ship?

The LuvBooks Box ships quarterly. The shipping schedule is January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15. If you are an Epic subscriber, your box will ship first.

Where is my stuff? 

Please reference your tracking number provided at checkout. Most packages are shipped via USPS. If you still have not received your order after 7 business days, please contact us at HERE. 

 

How do I manage my subscription? 

You can access your Customer Portal through your Shopify account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order you would like to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.

 

 

How do I update my billing information?

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address. 

 

How do I skip a box?
Once logged in, click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order.

 

 

I want to upgrade my subscription. How do I change my subscription this quarter?

Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab to view the current subscription products. On the far right, you can select Swap and select the replacement product.
